Privacy of this website
This page is about the orbit.edu website and the contact form. For the platform itself, your school's privacy statement applies.
Which data
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, school, role and, if you fill them in, your phone number, the number of students and your message.
What for
Only to answer your question and, if you ask, to prepare a demo or quote. We don't send newsletters and don't pass your data on to anyone.
How long
We keep contact form messages for at most a year. If your school becomes a customer, the data falls under the agreement with the school.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics services and no advertising networks. The fonts are on our own server, so your browser doesn't send requests to other companies.
Your rights
You can always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. To do so, send a message via the contact form. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
